On 25 April, I ordered from my local Subway through the Favor app. Jonnell T.
was my assigned runner. As soon as my order was placed, I texted her to thank her and to provide her with additional info because the app does NOT allow for the proper formatting and storage of a complete address that would allow an apartment number. I have had Favor deliveries to my door before with no problem. See attached media files.
I am a 100% disabled combat veteran who has trouble walking more than a few hundred feet.
Even though she had my apartment number via text message, my runner dropped my order off at my apartment complexes Main Office which is approximately 1/2 mile away. When I saw it was delivered to the office, I texted the runner immediately. See attached media files.
As of the time I am submitting this review, I do not have my food and favor made sure they got paid for this egregious error on their part. I called the Favor customer service telephone number at (855) 623-****.
I received a recorded message that stated: "Thank you for contacting Favor customer service. You have reached a number that does not accept incoming calls." Then it hung up on me.
I then used the app to rate the delivery person. It was a one-star review that clearly stated why they were receiving that review. The favor app on the phone is of very limited usage to a disabled person.
The website needs much more information on it concerning resolving issues from customers.
We shall wait and see what happens.
At this point, I believe it should be incumbent for Favor to contact me to resolve this issue. It will be extremely difficult to recommend them to anyone.
I will update this report should new information come to light.

I had a delivery driver do the exact same thing to me. I also happened to be a Favor delivery driver and know how to provide good customer service, as well as read any and all directions/instructions in the comments/additional details section of the ap.
My driver not only harassed me the entire process with a barrage of texts over 3 items (at one point I used the grocery stores app and told him the *%#^* isle number) but told me he was leaving my items at the apt complexes main office. While I too am a veteran, I am fortunately not disabled and my heart goes out to you. I was definitely not ready for a contact order and had to rush to meet him. Once I did I was confronted with a very angry, short little dude with a ratty beard, white tank top, cut off jeans shorts, combat boots, and swastika tattoos all over his shoulders.
Clearly someone had taken notes from the racist-white-trash playbook. He was like a Hitler yard gnome. I digress. I got my things, ignoring his weird rantings, and immediately contacted Favor support via chat client through the app.
They texted me through my cell, 5 hours later, at 1:30am, which woke me. Long story short I let them have it and eventually received an email address to properly document my concerns and complaint. I wasted $30, no offer of refund. They gave me a $10 credit to my account…which I no longer use as a customer OR a driver.
