- - Delivery arrived at 10:45 PM instead of 8:30 PM.
- - No one was available to handle late driver issues.
My grocery did not arrive until 10:45 at night; it was supposed to be there at 8:30. Then I tried everything to get ahold of y'all, and it was closed. If you're going to have drivers out that late, someone should be there to deal with the problems.

I would not recommend them to anyone. They don't answer your phone calls, emails, etc.

My items were stolen from your delivery driver. My order was almost $200, and I spoke to several people. Even after telling them my neighbors have footage of the guy taking my items, they decided it was my fault because of the coordinates, even after having proof.

I did not receive my items. It was $138, and now you cannot reach anybody.

Reactivation
- - Asked to upload ID for 3+ years after an error; both tried.
- - A deactivation message implied account misuse; they deny it and want action.
I was asked to upload my identity like I'm not a favor runner for over 3 years. After attempting and experiencing an error, my husband also tried to complete the request, but then I received a message saying I was deactivated, as if someone was using my account.
No one is using my account, and no one has responded.
This is a bad experience for me, and I want to know what Favor is going to do about the situation because if I'm being accused of fraud, then we need to go to court to settle this matter. Other than that, I have provided great service, and there's been no appreciation, and that alone is a problem.

- - The QR code at checkout is confusing and causes issues.
- - Show item pictures at checkout and provide an HEB receipt.
The delivery app shows a QR code that is very confusing and causes a lot of issues at check out, also it needs to show the item pictures at check out window and HEB needs to give us a receipt to verify all of our groceries and the app a million times better each and every time.

My wife ordered food from Whataburger but never received the food. Favorite never delivered the food and she was charged 21 dollars.
Charged for food that was never delivered. Communicating with you guys to resolve the issue is a hassle.

Very pissed off, my order was late and the ice cream was melted. The driver was very, very late. I was standing outside in the cold because the driver was 3 minutes away, then it jumped up to 12 minutes.

I need my account back I guys are not excited my word u guys want us to get there iD for alcohol orders in when they reported that they have to give iD for there alcohol order that's what u guys tell us or we can't leave the alcohol
That was my job for her alcohol on her order of wine.i have to check it by law even on your app
