Make things right. Not the 1st time Ive had trouble with delivery.

This time was worse.

Inconvenient, no satisfaction in way things were handled afterwards. Would be better to speak with someone rather than countless text and email messages

Wrong order

I ordered 13 box cookies & a OREO mcFlurry and they gave me a M&M McFlurry and 10 cookies I am allergic to M&Ms so I couldnt even eat my McFlurry and when I got the order, there was no protection no bag it was just the cookies and the McFlurry halfway open sitting on my porch

HEB should be ashamed with such great customer service they offer to be affiliated. With favor is horrible no way to resolve issues except through chat and took no responsibility for an order I never received
