I was trying to upload a picture of my ID and it took the picture. Then after I pressed next, it took a picture of my face and it said it can't verify, but I was told congratulations that I can start and I had 48 hours to upload my information so I can start delivering.
Now it won't let me. Can you please fix the problem?

Even the staff here can't figure out where he left it. I want to call ASAP.

The person never delivered my order … till almost 4 hours later. Food cold and had been dumped on its side and spilled in the bag. It was not eatable.
I need a refund. The lady picked up my order from the restaurant and didn’t deliver my food for hours.
She showed up with food dumped over in the bag, ruined.. cold and in her pajamas (if that’s what you want to call them.)
Called the restaurant. The restaurant said that the food had been cooked and picked up. My security system has not picked up a vehicle coming in the cul-de-sac of my division. At no time has this person delivered my food after they left the restaurant with it.
The order there is under Cortney Shaw and that is in Beaumont Texas.
They pulled my ticket in case you need to reach them, but I want to speak to somebody now please even if I received my food now it would be cold. I screenshot it their information, their phone number and their picture if this helps any records I just really would like to speak to someone so that I can get a refund on the service and I do not recommend it to anybody else in this area.

On 8/12/2026, I placed an order for Arby's through Favor. The order was for two meal combos, which consist of a sandwich, potatoes, and a drink: one Smokehouse Brisket and one Corned Beef Rueben.
I only received the sandwiches. I placed a $4.00 tip on the order, which somehow escalated to $11.00. I am quite sure that the driver ordered only the sandwiches. I am 80 years old, and my son is 61.
Just a sandwich is not an adequate meal for us. I messed around with your customer service for two hours and finally asked for a full refund. The $50.00 hold charge is still in my bank. There was a minimal credit given, but not enough.
I've had trouble with Favor several times in the years I've been using them and keep saying that I'll never use them again, and this time I mean it. I have used three other delivery services for several years now and have only twice had a problem with any of them.
I'm going to call the bank when they open and dispute the $50.00 still on there, and will do the same if any other charges go on. I live on Social Security, and my son lives on Social Security Disability; we can't afford to pay for food we didn't even get.

- - I called and messaged the driver, but got no response.
- - Delivery went to the wrong house; not the same color, and dogs ate my food.
I called the driver and messaged, and there was no response. He delivered to the wrong house after I gave a specific description of my home, cars, and outdoors.
He still managed to leave it at the wrong house, which is not even the same color as mine, and by the time I found it, their dogs had eaten my food! He could have called me if he couldn't find my house, but he didn't.
