A delivery order that I didn’t received from Church’s Texas Chicken on Tuesday, 6/23/26.
- - Text claimed delivery at 4:43pm, but nothing was delivered.
- - Refund requested for $37.15 due to delivery issue.
I ordered 2meals(1Smokehouse Chicken, original w/biscuit&pepper).1Smokehouse Chicken,lemon pepper w/dry rub) med. unsweetened ice tea.All of this total $37.15 which includes taxes,delivery fee & tip.
This was ordered before 4:50pm and delivery time was scheduled at 5:15pm. I recd a text msg from Favor at 4:43pm stating my order was delivered which wasnt true. I looked outside and didnt see my order. I sat outside after 5:30pm thinking maybe theyre running late.
I click on the link of Favor and noticed its similar to Uber delivery service. So, I downloaded the app. Previously, Churchs Chicken wouldve had someone delivery the orders.
Unless Favor had been delivering all the time. Im requesting a refund of $37.15.

She delivered to the wrong address. 811 is what shows in the pic.
It was supposed to go to 1406 Young St by 9 PM. What can be done?

Not receiving refund from a previous order
I was told that I was going to get a $40 refund back from this order, but I haven't received it yet. I called my bank, and I still haven't received it back in my account.
It's not showing up in my email that I received it either.
I don't know who received it, but it was not me. As a customer, I can't get a response from Favor.

My delivery driver was not a Female...
- - Driver delivered wrong and missing items.
- - Garlic salt instead of garlic powder; Takis bag not received; bananas and bread damaged.
My delivery driver was not a Female Jharmesha. It was a guy.
He did not give me all of my items and got some of the wrong items.
I asked for garlic powder and he got me garlic salt and I did not need garlic salt.
I needed garlic powder and I did not approve garlic salt.
-I did NOT RECEIVE MY BLUE BAG OF TAKIS BLUE HEAT ROLLED tortillas 9.9 oz
- He gave me a Activia Probiotic Yogurt drink PRUNE flavor and I asked for MANGO..
I DID NOT APPROVE PRUNE flavor .. I ASKED FOR MANGO

I ordered through the Whataburger app, and my food never came. The driver was at the wrong Whataburger, and my son missed his lunch due to this issue.
Not to mention, my food sat out for 20 minutes by the time I went to pick it up.
The driver was very unprofessional and told me to chill and that it doesn't matter if I cancel my order because he still gets paid. He was rude, and I will be sure to share my experience with others.

Wrong drop off of groceries
I had a favor to deliver. The instructions were confusing at the get-go.
It was a trailer park, and I was asked to deliver at site 7 and knock on the door. I proceeded to do that and was ready to drive away when she came out yelling at me. I should have gone back, but I chose not to.
I will never do this again, and I'm sorry.

Don't bother ordering from here
- - Delivery was very late and the food had to be thrown out.
- - Messages from the runner were in Spanish and unread; no refund.
The last few times I ordered from them the food arrived very late and had to be thrown out. I was sent a message by the runner, however I couldn't read it since it was in Spanish.
I do not speak Spanish.
I sent a message back saying I don't understand Spanish, got no response, sent a message to customer service and was told sorry. They would not respond when I asked for a refund.

Driver was asked to leave the drinks by the door. He put the drinks right in front of the door, so as she was opening the door, the door hit the drink. One of the drinks spilled all over the floor, so one of the drinks was ruined.

Messed up order
Horrible
My nachos were not a full order. I tried calling the favorite file dispute, but there was no response. All I want is my nachos or a partial refund!

Still haven't got to work for Favor. It's been months waiting.
What can I do? I really like to do deliveries for other people and drive around on my days off. I already do DoorDash, so I'm just waiting for Favor to accept me, and they haven't yet.
I don't know why. Can someone tell me what is going on so I can apply for something else to make extra money?
