They took money out of my account. It WAS PAID AND PULLED.
The order was made just before 11:30am. The support team supposedly credited me 15 dollars. That was to cover the inconvenience. The driver showed up hours after I left to go back to work.
At 2:30pm and dropped it off on the steps while it was raining. 3 hours later. Now the app wants me to pay for the order AGAIN??? And the support team says the credit they gave me???
Yeah that it was applied to the order in question. This whole thing has been such a headache that I’d rather chew on rusty nails rather than deal with these people again.
This is just utter ridiculousness. Customer support is worse than the actual app.
I was given $15 for a $23 order that showed up three hours late. As you can imagine, on a Friday that meant going without lunch and now, out of money, the app is asking me to pay twice. Now, here's where the fun begins.
Support says that the account was credited and that the credit was used to pay for that order, but now the app is asking me again to pay for that order. I'm still out of money, out of food, and out of the credit that was once promised to me.

He had one of the plates open in front of him like he was messing with the food. The beverages were open as well.
I called the restaurant to report the incident as well. I am very disappointed with this service.

I ordered additional item for my taco soup to make for my family and I. I was in a car accident so that why I couldnt get to the store on my own so I use favor for H-E-B.
For the women, you know when you are pregnant and you crave for certain things and thats what you want. I am very upset because the order I received was not mine and it was very frustrating for me and I know it was for the other customers who received my small order for my soup tonight.

They say give customer 90 min which Doordash pays on the spot after delivery. Would give 0
No way of calling favor when need help.

The runner got the wrong size of my drink and chips the fountain drink I order post b .99 and I order 1.99 the runner didn't call at ask if it was okay substitute and it took a hour for me get the order and they change me 2 times and they didn't give me receipt
Delivery person issues
I was at water burger and one of your delivery drivers came in she was rude she said she was picking up a order for favor she was covered in pet hair so I told her its unsanitary to handle food covered in pet hair she told me she didnt ask for my opinion and to mind my *** business she went to her car sat in the parking lot when I exited the building she proceeded to call ne all kinds of *** and *** its very unprofessional and horrible representation when she said she is working for your company i will never order from favor if this is the kind of people yall hire i attached the picture of driver and license plate to car she was driving

I ordered 13 box cookies & a OREO mcFlurry and they gave me a M&M McFlurry and 10 cookies I am allergic to M&Ms so I couldnt even eat my McFlurry and when I got the order, there was no protection no bag it was just the cookies and the McFlurry halfway open sitting on my porch

I am in the hospital Seton Maine at 1301 W. 38th St.
in Austin Texas. I havent eaten in 18 hours after surgery. I finally got cleared to eat and the cafeteria is closed so I called Torchys at 8:15 to order a special order that the Favor website would not let me place the way I needed it so they told me exactly what to order on the Favor site so that I could pay for my order and get it delivered and then yawls website wouldnt accept my Apple Pay. It wouldnt accept it.
I finally had to enter a new card and when I finally got there, it says it couldnt take my order because that branches are that location is closed, but they arent closed. Theyre waiting for someone to come get my food please
