Did not get my order.
Been waiting 45 minutes to an hour for my order, and I start checking up to find out where my runner is, and it looks like he's at Walgreens. Next thing I know, I get a message that my order has been canceled.
They're going to add five dollars credit for my inconvenience. I will never do business with Favor again.
Preferred solution: I would like to have my order that I placed. You pay for it now you take that five dollars and see how far it gets you.

Favor are a bunch of thieves.
They delivered my food to someone else's address and then refused to fix the problem. They just stole my money.
Stephen was the driver and took zero responsibility. There's a pic of the other thief: my neighbor.

Fraud activity
I had a lady delivered my beer and I asked for ID. She didn't have a drivers license or car insurance and laughed.....smh
I need you guys to request a driver's license and car insurance from Bernadina Bernal. Y'all need better customer service and support. I've reached out several times and am still waiting...

Pablo received the order from HEB, came right away, and everything went great. I had to wait for a while; my mother was supposed to be there at 8:30, but Pablo came through and saved the day.

Good evening, i just had an order delivered from FAVOR. The young lady that delivered the food was unacceptable.
She had a VERY foul odor that was on my food order. It was so bad that i had to throw the bags away and did not eat my food. Her presentation was horrible. No bra, hair all over the place...i could've dealt with that but the order that she and her car displayed is totally out of order.
Your drivers should have a better presentation of themselves and hygeine as if they are working in an establishment. I am totally disgusted and dissatisfied and will probably never use favor again because of this.

User's recommendation: Better hope you get a driver that doesn't present body odor that carries on to your food and packaging. It was TERRIBLE! The photos DO NOT display enough. The ODOR was worse and it wasn't Marijuana smell

I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I'm trying to get my mother and father, 91 years old, food, and it's not possible through their delivery service because they can't answer your phone call to make it right. Would not recommend them.

I can't get no help

Not able to contact a person who was qualified to help me.
Apparently someone had tried to use my email and had a password.
I do not have a password for favor and wanted to start delivery because Instacart could not ring the doorbell after several requests due to the fact that my wife and I are handicapped and would like to have the food placed inside the front door.

This is about the third time I've had deliveries delivered to the wrong house, and I want my money back. Y'all need to get better customer service by having a telephone call to talk to someone.

Tbh I actually would report this, picture and all, to the merchant and to Favor. The lack of hygiene indicates a car and/or home environment conducive to pests and this person should not be near others’ food.
